Each tag is custom engraved to the details you provide, so we kindly ask you to double-check all spelling, phone numbers, and information before placing your order.
Because our tags are made specifically for you and your pet, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect details provided at checkout, or if you change your mind about colour, style, or engraving after ordering.
We also do not offer refunds for normal wear and tear, including scratches, fading, or general marks from everyday pet life. Every pet is different, and factors like rough play, swimming, and outdoor adventures can affect how a tag wears over time.
For pets who are very active, swim often, or play rough, we recommend checking your tag regularly and replacing the split rings approximately every 3 months to help keep it secure and in good condition.
If there is a mistake on our end (for example, an engraving error or incorrect information printed that does not match your order), please contact us straight away. We will happily replace or remake the tag at no cost to you.
