Each tag is custom engraved based on the details you provide, so please double-check all information before confirming your order.

• No refunds will be given if the engraving is correct and you later decide to change the tag colour or wording.

• We do not offer refunds for general wear and tear, including scratch marks. Every pet lives a different lifestyle, and while our tags are durable, they are not guaranteed to stay in perfect condition forever.

• If we make an error with your engraving or the tag arrives damaged, please get in touch and we’ll happily make it right.
