Shipping Policy – PawTags

We are happy to offer shipping throughout New Zealand using NZ Post.

Shipping Basics:

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment and engraving details.

  • Standard shipping is available via NZ Post. Delivery timeframes vary depending on location and postal service operations.

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) will be confirmed at the time of your order.

  • We take care to package each tag securely to avoid damage during transit.

Pickup Option:
If you're local to Kaiapoi, you are welcome to pick up your order directly – we’ll let you know when it’s ready.

Lost or Delayed Items:
Once your parcel has been handed over to NZ Post, delivery is outside of our control. While delays are rare, we are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed items during shipping.

Shipping Disclaimer

PawTags is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party postal services (NZ Post). Once your item has been dispatched, it becomes the responsibility of the postal provider. We do not offer refunds or replacements for items lost or damaged during shipping. Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering.

Social Media Photos

Want your four-legged friend featured on our social media – or even our website?
We’d love to see your pet rocking their new tag! Send us a photo of them wearing it via Facebook, and they might be our next star!

Payment

We're a small, home-based business and happy to work around what suits you best! We can send you an invoice to pay online, or you’re welcome to pay cash on the day – whatever’s easiest for you and hopefully by the time you read this we will have stripe and more options!

Policy

We do our best to keep all colours and tag styles in stock.

Please note that different tag shapes allow for different amounts of text, and some styles are more durable than others. It’s the owner's responsibility to ensure the tag doesn’t rub or scratch against other tags — like council tags — as this can lead to faster wear.
