PawTagsBy placing an order with PawTags, you agree to the following terms:1. Custom Orders:All tags are custom engraved based on the details you provide. Please double-check your spelling and information before confirming your order, as we are not responsible for customer errors.2. Turnaround Time:Orders are typically completed within 24 hours. We'll notify you when your tag is ready for pickup, delivery, or shipping.3. Payment:We accept payment by online bank transfer (invoice) or cash on collection. Full payment is required before shipping or at the time of pickup.4. Shipping:We use NZ Post for shipping. While we take care to package items securely, we are not responsible for delays or damages caused by postal services once the item has been sent.5. Refunds & Returns:Due to the personalised nature of our products, refunds will not be issued if the tag was engraved correctly based on the order provided.Refunds are also not available for change of mind, colour preference, or wear and tear such as scratches. Please see our full Refund Policy for more details.6. Product Use & Lifespan:Our tags are made from quality materials, but they are not indestructible or guaranteed for life. Natural wear may occur over time depending on your pet’s activity level and lifestyle.7. Social Media:By sending us photos of your pet wearing their PawTag, you give us permission to feature the image on our social media or website.8. Privacy:Your personal details are used only to complete your order and communicate with you. We never share your information with third parties.
