Q: How much does a tag cost?

A: Each tag is just $10, including engraving on both sides and a ring attachment.

Q: How long does it take to get my tag?

A: Your tag will be engraved and ready within 24 hours of placing your order!

Q: What can I have engraved on the tag?

A: Whatever you like – names, phone numbers, addresses, or medical info. You choose the wording for both sides.

Q: How do I place an order?

A: Just message us on Facebook to choose your colour and let us know what you’d like engraved. We’ll take care of the rest!

Q: What colours are available?

A: We offer a range of fun tag colours – just ask us what’s currently in stock!

Q: What kind of ring comes with the tag?

A: Every tag includes a standard large silver ring, but we can also swap it for a large black ring or an extra-small silver ring for cats – just let us know.

Q: How do I pay?

A: We’re flexible! You can pay online via invoice or cash on the day – whichever works for you.

Q: Do you post tags, or is it pick-up only?

A: We’re happy to post your tag using NZ Post! Just let us know if you'd like it shipped when you place your order.

Q: Can I get my pet featured on your social media?

A: Yes! Send us a photo of your pet wearing their PawTag via Facebook and they might be featured on our page or website.

We’d love to see your pet rocking their new tag! Send us a photo of them wearing it via Facebook, and they might be our next star!

Payment

We're a small, home-based business and happy to work around what suits you best! We can send you an invoice to pay online, or you’re welcome to pay cash on the day – whatever’s easiest for you and hopefully by the time you read this we will have stripe and more options!

Policy

We do our best to keep all colours and tag styles in stock.

Please note that different tag shapes allow for different amounts of text, and some styles are more durable than others. It’s the owner's responsibility to ensure the tag doesn’t rub or scratch against other tags — like council tags — as this can lead to faster wear.
