Return Timeframe
Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase to be eligible for a return or exchange.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Returned in the same condition as received
- Clean, unused, and unworn
- Free from pet hair, dirt, odour, or damage
- Returned with all original packaging, tags, and components included
Custom Tags (Non-Returnable)
Please note: Custom name tags are non-returnable and non-refundable due to their personalised nature.
Return Shipping
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Pawtags is not responsible for return courier fees, lost parcels, or damage during return transit.
Refunds & Processing Time
Once your return has been received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within up to 14 days of arrival, depending on condition assessment.
